The Clearlake keys Property Owners Association(POA) was established in March 1989 as a non-profit corporation dedicated to the preservation and improvement of life in the Clearlake keys. At that time the Keys subdivision was divided into 7 units each with separate Covenants, Codes and Restrictions(CC&R’S). In the summer of 2006 separate elections were held in each unit of the subdivision to embrace a common set of CC&R’S; this was approved by a majority of property owners. This positioning is key to solutions for improving our community.

We are an all volunteer organization. Assessments and Contributions of time and Money keep it running.

The Clearlake Keys Property Owners Association(POA) Serves the property owners of a community located in the town of Clearlake Oaks, California; theyreside in an area known as “The Keys”. The Keys is a sudivision that started bieng builtduring the 1960’s. It is unique for six and one half miles of canals behind the homes. These canals provide access to Clear Lake, Californias’s largest natural lake.
